Michael Munday is the Owner and CEO at Arwood Machine Corporation, a certified contract manufacturer of ultra-precision, machined metal components in the aerospace, communications, medical, military and other commercial markets. He is a strong advocate of workforce development and training and a visionary executive with more than 25 years of manufacturing operations experience. Prior to joining Arwood, he held executive positions at Middleton Aerospace, Palmer Manufacturing, and Babco Textron.

Munday serves on Commonwealth Corporation’s Board of Directors, Merrimack Valley Workforce Investment Board’s Planning Committee, Whittier Regional Vocational Technical High School Board, and the Greater Lawrence Technical School Board. In 2013 he won Pioneer Institute’s Better Government Competition for a white paper titled Manufacturing Revitalization. He earned his MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and his CSS from Harvard University Extension School.
